2025-26 Fee
We are pleased to be able to continue keeping cost down for families, with fee only 2% raised from previous season.
We are proud to be able to continue subsidizing an average of 35% ($600) for each student from various grants and fundraising effort. RDYO has been subsidizing fee for students for many years and we are committed to keep participation in the orchestra accessible for families. With a one-fee policy, we will be making registration simpler, while also making improvement on our operations, alleviate pressure of Commitment Activities hours and increase access to concerts.

For specific fee, please visit the division's page under Our Program

7. Priority: As RDYO has reached its capacity, we will prioritize existing students who register before June 30, 2025. Please note, that participation in RDYO is selective. Admission is based on auditions for new students and a review process for returning students. This review considers musical ability, adherence to the Code of Conduct, attitude, and past participation. Registration does not guarantee admission for the next season.
8. Notify us: If you are graduating or will not be joining RDYO next season, PLEASE let us know so that spot can become available for new students wanting to join RDYO.

9. Move-up audition: Students wishing to move to a higher division must audition. The in-person audition held on June 7 and 14, 2025 is the only opportunity for advancement prior to the start of the next season. We typically recommend students stay in their current division for at least two seasons.
If you feel ready to advance, you are encouraged to audition and speak with your conductor about your readiness. Audition fee: $35 (non-refundable)
10. Application for New & Move-up audition: April 10 - May 17, 2025
11. Audition requirement can be found on our website
12. Audition's Frequently Asked Question Due to high demand for RDYO programs from both current and new students, please review the FAQ before reaching out with inquiries. While we strive to respond to all questions, response times may be delayed due to the large volume of applications we receive.
13. Registration for 2025-26 season open on April 30, 2025. Please hurry, spaces are first-come, first-serve for eligible returning students. Full refund is available if withdrawn before September 30, 2025 * subjected to a $50 administrative fee
