Perrin Swanson is a software developer and musician with a love for the great outdoors. He has a BA in Information Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and has experience creating mobile phone apps and websites. When he’s not at a computer, Perrin can be found playing drums and writing music with friends, or hiking up mountains and along the BC coast to see what nature has to offer.
Perrin grew up in Tsawwassen, BC and joined the RDYO in 2012 as a percussionist. After graduating from high school, he continued as a volunteer player for the orchestra and even now can still be found behind the timpani at concerts. He hopes to use his knowledge and experience to help shape the future of the RDYO.
