Michael is a seasoned professional in business analysis and software development, specializing in large-scale ERP systems, including PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Workday. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia.

Michael is married and has three sons, all of whom are multi-instrumentalists. Their range of musical talents includes playing the violin, viola, piano, saxophone, trumpet, and other instruments. Michael’s sons have been players with the RDYO since the early 2000s. Two of them have transitioned into young working adults, with their growth and achievements significantly influenced by their experiences with RDYO.

Michael’s multifaceted background, which includes expertise in technology, a strong educational foundation, and a deep commitment to family and music, makes him a well-rounded and invaluable member of our board.
