Ava Xin Cui is a CPA, CGA, and financial planner with more than 16 years of experience in accounting and finance. In 2021, her connection to the Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra (RDYO) deepened as her daughter joined as a string player. Ava embraced the role of Treasurer on the RDYO board, leveraging her financial acumen to enhance the orchestra’s mission and foster its growth.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ava is a dedicated and active member of her community. She volunteers as a Parent Advisory Council (PAC) member at her children’s school, actively participating in school-related initiatives and programs. She serves as a devoted scouter at Scouts Canada, where she imparts essential life skills and values to the younger generation through scouting activities.

Ava extends her community involvement even further, participating in various local events, where she volunteers in the ESL program at her local church and conducts free tax and information seminars for new immigrants.
